The great thing about studying an online engineering degree is that you do not have to take time out of your work to increase your qualifications. Because you can study online degrees at home on your PC, you can schedule your study so it does not intrude on your work and even on your social life, although it is important to devote some 10 hours or more a week to study if you wish to progress at a reasonable speed.
The qualification you receive from an online engineering degree is absolutely the same as through the traditional classroom education, and for some people, the ability to mix the work and study experiences can add real value to their study activities.
